The house was built in 1928-29 in a Spanish Colonial style with a dramatic two-story colonnade overlooking a walled interior garden, heated swimming pool and a grassed terrace bordered by large mature landscaping. Although the exterior of the house retains its original character, the interior has been renovated and recently updated.
The Greenway House is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique furnishings ranging from European antiques of the 17th and 18th Century to American antiques of the 19th Century, along with comfortable contemporary seating.
The house features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, full kitchen, large living and dining rooms, private heated pool. 2 night minimum. An additional connecting Master Suite is available for an additional charge.
