Main Dining Room

Within a cathedral-ceilinged room warmed by a glowing fireplace, the Main Dining Room offers an unforgettable experience rooted in season and place. A AAA Four Diamond destination, it currently serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch with menus inspired by the region and a wine list recognized for excellence.

Audubon Bar & Grill

Rooted in the relaxed hospitality guests have enjoyed at the Inn for generations, the new Audubon Bar will bring a fresh perspective to dining with approachable American favorites, seasonal ingredients, and subtle touches of Sonoran flavor. The space is being thoughtfully reimagined - at the heart of the redesign are the original 1933 murals painted by Leionne Salter, the Tucson artist and designer who worked alongside Isabella Greenway in shaping the Inn's original interiors. The new experience takes the spirit of a bar that opened its doors right after Prohibition and gives it new life: polished, a little more elevated, and full of the same energy that made it the place to be in 1933, now built for the guests of 2026.
