The Arizona Inn Celebrating Over 95 Years of History Story Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Arizona Inn ("Sponsor"), located at 2200 E. Elm Street, Tucson, AZ 85719.

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Terms & Conditions.

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins on November 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time on December 1, 2026 ("Contest Period").

Online and social media entries must be submitted during the Contest Period.

Entries submitted by mail must be received by Arizona Inn no later than December 1, 2026.

Entries received or submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Arizona Inn, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Entrants must submit:

  • A written story or memory about a past stay or experience at Arizona Inn; and
  • At least one photo or video from that stay or experience.

Entry Requirements

  • Stories must relate to the entrant's personal experience at Arizona Inn.
  • Photos must relate to the Arizona Inn stay or experience described in the entry.
  • Arizona Inn should be identifiable as the setting, subject, or meaningful part of the submitted story and photograph.
  • Entrants must own or have permission to use all submitted stories and photographs.

Three Ways to Enter

Online: Submit your story and photo(s) through the official submission form located at [INSERT CONTEST LANDING PAGE URL].

Social Media: Post your story and photo(s) on Instagram or Facebook using #AZInn95Years and tag @ArizonaInn. Social media profiles must be public during the Contest Period and winner-selection process in order for entries to be viewed and considered.

By Mail: Send your written story and photograph to:

Mailed entries must include the entrant's full name, email address and/or telephone number so that Arizona Inn may contact the entrant if selected as a potential winner.

Please submit a copy of your photo(s) rather than an original or irreplaceable photograph. Submitted photographs and other materials will not be returned.

Limit one (1) entry per household unless otherwise specified.

4. Judging & Winner Selection

Eligible submissions will be reviewed by a panel of Arizona Inn representatives based on subjective criteria, including but not limited to:

  • Creativity
  • Originality
  • Emotional impact
  • Connection to Arizona Inn's history, legacy, and community

Decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.

Two (2) winners will be selected on or around December 18, 2026.

5. Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive:

  • One (1) complimentary three-night stay at Arizona Inn in Tucson, Arizona.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,200 USD per prize.

Prize stays are subject to availability and blackout dates. Blackout dates may include holidays, high-occupancy periods, and special event weekends.

Each prize:

  • Must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of winner notification
  • Is non-transferable
  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged or substituted except at Sponsor's discretion

Transportation to and from Arizona Inn, meals, incidental charges, gratuities, taxes, and other expenses are not included unless expressly stated.

6. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the method or contact information associated with their entry, which may include direct message, email, telephone, or mail.

If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days of the initial notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Terms & Conditions, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Content Rights & Usage

By entering, participants grant Arizona Inn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, adapt, and share submitted stories, photographs, names, likenesses, and related content for promotional, marketing, advertising, public relations, website, email, and social media purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entrants represent and warrant that:

  • Their submission is original or that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
  • They own or have permission to use all submitted photographs and other materials.
  • Their submission does not infringe upon any copyright, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party.
  • They have permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in submitted photographs to submit and permit use of those photographs as described in these Official Terms & Conditions.

8. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Arizona Inn and its affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, and agencies from liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, damaged, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mailed entries
  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected electronic entries
  • Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or transmission errors
  • Social media platform outages, errors, or changes
  • Unauthorized intervention or fraud
  • Damage to or loss of submitted materials

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

By participating, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from responsibility related to the Contest.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Arizona Inn and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, natural events, circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, violates these Official Terms & Conditions, or otherwise acts in a manner that Sponsor determines undermines the integrity of the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to publish or consider content that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Contest or Arizona Inn.

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with this Contest will be collected and used for purposes of administering the Contest, contacting potential winners, and otherwise as described in Arizona Inn's Privacy Policy.

Participation in the Contest does not require entrants to opt in to receive promotional or marketing communications from Arizona Inn.
